Thursday - August 4, 2016 A.D.

Meet Jordan (46), Jonathan (48), Joey (44), Donnie (47) and Danny (47). Together, these fab five youngsters represent one of the hippest and hottest boy bands on the planet: New Kids on the Block! They play Coney Island tonight! OMG! DYING!

Jerry Seinfeld does the old Beacon Theater gig tonight and what's the deal with the English language I mean you drive on a parkway and park on a driveway I mean not Jerry he takes a helicopter everywhere and makes a bajillion dollars in the air on the way over but I mean for the rest of us regular people what's the deal with the parkway driveway thing and the English language what's the deal with that.

Composer Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith plays MoMA's "Summer Thursdays" and it's free w/ museum admission which is now probably $500 or something see link for details if you must but here's the takeaway.... Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith rules.

Also. They're showing "Run Lola Run" and playing the live score in Prospect Park and it's free. MAYBE YOU SHOULD JUST GO TO THIS.

Experimental Japanese post ____punks Boris play their classic album "Pink" (Happy 10th birthday!) in full at Warsaw and this show should be extremely dope.

Thin Lips (File Under: A Good Band) and Worriers (RIYL: Bands That Are Good) lead a solid lineup at Silent Barn. This show is a benefit for the victims of the Pulse Nightclub shooting.
