((Walleater)) Band Profile and Upcoming New York City Concerts - Oh My Rockness

Walleater are a band of five lads from Leeds who make crunchy fuzz that swirls and sludges and gazes pretty damn sweet. You can sing along as these heavy melodies slowly build toward bloody quiet/loud/quiet noise of the most pleasing kind.

Comparing bands to other bands is always fun so are you ready to have a good time? I SAID ARE YOU READY TO HAVE A GOOD TIME! If you like any of the following bands you might like Walleater: Smashing Pumpkins (pre-bald BC) + Hum + Swervedriver + Nothing (that's a really good Nothing song I just linked to but we'll talk about it later) + well, I hope you're following the path I've been clearing by now.

The band will release their lovely full-length debut album (“I/II") here in the U.S. of A. on the excellent label Tiny Engines (home to: Annabel + CSTVT + Restorations + Runaway Brother + lots of bands I like). But would you like to hear new songs from it right now? I'll take it your silence is an emphatic YES because here they all are right below these very dynamic digital words.

No word on when Walleater will tour the U.S. of A. but I'm putting it all on the line and stating for the historical digital record that I hope they do soon. I gotta get up close and personal with this quiet/loud/quiet fuzz goodness.
