The "alt" Spice Girls? We'll just leave that question hanging, thus answering it without having to answer it. Icona Pop are two ladies (Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo) from Sweden who are going to be huge. 95% sure there's 100% no doubt about that.

They're going to be huge because they might have just written the jam of summer 2012. The jam in question is "I Love It." Have you heard it? If so, it was probably stuck in your head for awhile - and just when you think you finally rid your mind of it you had to go and read this band profile.

It's got those huge electro hooks, those big time bass lines that like to step to the dub, and one ridiculously singable chorus (complete with one slightly ridiculous line, "I'm a '90s bitch.") Sounds like jam of the summer material to me. I wonder how many commercials are going to use that song come fall/winter.

By the way, word on the street is that these two have really good "fashion sense." Now it's up to 97% that there's 100% no doubt that Icona Pop are going to be huge. They probably already are.
